To fire up the debaters and adjudicators before the tournament, a pre-IIDC cross training is tentatively scheduled on January 24, 2004 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm in UP Diliman. This event is for free. An n=n (number of teams = number of adjudicators) rule for adjudicators will be followed. For interested parties and inquiries, register at iidc_rego@yahoo.com.

The most recent tally of the number of teams in the third Inquirer Intercollegiate Debating Championship (IIDC) shows great promise, with more than 20 institutions nationwide confirming the participation of over 60 teams. The highest number of participants since the inception of the IIDC.
